There's not really much that can be said about the terrible tragedy that occurred on Boxing Day in south Asia. I was on the island of Phuket three weeks earlier for our annual conference and was stood outside this Starbucks Coffee store before the disaster struck. Obviously I was lucky the meeting was not scheduled three weeks later, and my thoughts are with all of those who were less fortunate.
